Returns & Exchanges

At the Hipcamp General Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspections are complete, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
