Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We want you to be comfortable at camp. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Are your products sustainably made?
Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly materials and ethical manufacturing processes to ensure our gear respects the outdoors as much as you do.
How should I care for my Hipcamp screen-printed tees?
To preserve the print and fabric, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the Hipcamp General Store ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more adventurers soon.
